Hand cut during the 1920s - 1930s, the diamond has wide facets, bold sparkle, and an air of vintage charm! Overall, it is a bright and lively stone with gorgeous sparkle. The 14k white gold setting is elegantly designed and crafted. The inside of the shank is stamped with the hallmark “Belais.” Belais was very popular in the early 1900’s and Art Deco era. One of the early American manufacturers of white gold jewelry, the Belais name became synonymous with quality white gold and alternative to platinum during the war years. As a Belais, this stunning ring holds a place in jewelry history. The ring measures 6.8mm across (north south) and 6.5mm from finger to top.
