This substantial 1.72 carat vintage round brilliant cut diamond is eye clean, vibrant, and impressive in size! The diamond is graded K for color and has a beautiful face up appearance. Any subtle hint of color is largely overwhelmed by the bright white reflections from the faceting. When mounted in a warm metal tone such as yellow or rose gold, the diamond stands out brighter white in contrast. The diamond is eye clean, graded SI2 for clarity, and it is eye clean. The inclusions are white and located to the side of the diamond. They hide perfectly in the sparkle. This is an estate stone and was cut during the mid century.
