Measuring approximately 6.5 x 5.7mm, the diamonds have excellent spreads and large looks for their weights. Pairs of old mine cut diamonds are particularly rare and both GIA certified of this quality is even more rare, makings this unique set truly special! Cut by hand over a century in the past by masterful Victorian era artisans, the diamonds are beautifully cut with charming cushion shapes, large culets, and wide facets that absolutely radiate old world charm! The diamonds are both certified by GIA, the world’s premier gemological authority. Under GIA’s strict standards, they are graded G-H for color, and they appear brilliantly white. It is typical for diamonds from this time period to show some color, so it is uncommon to find such bright white old cuts. Graded VS2 for clarity, they are 100% eye clean. Even under 10x magnification, it is very difficult to find any inclusions in these diamonds! As old mine cut diamonds, they have wide facets which return exceptional sparkle and captivating flashes of colorful fire (rainbow refractions).
