Featured here is an incredible original vintage diamond and sapphire bracelet that dates back to the early 1900's! This vintage treasure is sure to become a beloved family heirloom, passed down for generations to come. Three Old European cut diamonds alternate with six blue sapphires. The diamonds are all bright white, showing no warmth with F-H color. They are also even better than eye clean as inclusions are very difficult to find even under a 10x magnified jeweler's loupe! For a pop of well saturated blue, six French cut baguette sapphires are bezel set in the bracelet. As common in many Art Deco pieces, these blue sapphires are possibly synthetic. It was very common to use synthetic gemstones, paired with natural diamonds in fine jewelry, during the early 1900s. We cannot say with 100% accuracy without additional testing. From a pricing standpoint, we had priced them as synthetic, though it is important to understand they are original to the piece. The sapphires are French cut which is very rare and was a beautiful feature of the early 1900's. The bracelet is made from solid 14 karat white gold and weighs 15 grams. It features an impeccable filigree design that is wonderfully detailed and finished with lovely milgrain beading. The craftsmanship is truly superb and it must be seen in person to be fully appreciated! The bracelet measures 7 1/4 inches in length and it is 8mm wide. Make this one of a kind heirloom bracelet with sapphires and diamonds yours before it has sold!
