The diamond is certified by GIA, the world’s premier gemological authority. Under GIA’s rigorous standards, the diamond received Very Good grades for Cut and Symmetry, and an Excellent grade for Polish! The impeccable finishing and magnificent cut creates an absolutely mesmerizing play of light! Graded K for color, the diamond faces up beautifully white. Under GIA’s strict standards, K color diamonds do face up quite white! Any subtle hint of color is completely overwhelmed by the bright white reflections from the faceting. It stands out brightly against the green of the emeralds. The diamond is completely eye clean, receiving a grade of SI2 for clarity. The few inclusions are scattered and too small to see with the naked eye. Overall, this diamond has an eye-catching presence and extraordinary brilliance!

The halo is comprised of gorgeous natural emeralds, cut by hand individually and set by artisans. The emeralds are vibrant in color, calling to mind the bright green of early spring leaves. Each emerald is individually cut to fit in the channel with zero gaps. This is a highly skilled and labor intensive process that truly making this setting a work of art! The accent diamonds are brilliantly white, graded G-H for color. Graded VS1-SI1 for clarity, they are all completely eye clean, stunningly vibrant, and well cut. The setting is made of solid 14k white gold, and the gallery is beautifully embellished with elegant filigree curls. The ring measures 12mm across (north-south) and 4.7mm from the finger to the top of the ring.
