Measuring 5.91 x 5.08mm, the rose cut gives this 0.33ct diamond an exceptional spread and strikingly large look for its weight! The diamond is bright white, graded F-G for color. The diamond is graded SI1 for clarity. The few inclusions are tiny, too small to see with the naked eye. The diamond’s oval shape is subtly asymmetrical - evidence of its hand cut victorian provenance. The diamond’s girdle is unpolished, also a trait typical of diamonds from the Victorian era. The diamond’s rose cut and antique origins make it exceptionally rare and absolutely unique. There are other rose cuts on the market though few are truly old like this one.
