ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU DIAMOND 14K GOLD PIN PENDANT ESTATE NECKLACE BROOCH FLOWER
This elegantly crafted antique diamond pin/pendant dates back to the turn of the 20th century and evokes the airily romantic aesthetic of Art Nouveau design. A rare rose cut diamond sparkles at the center of a gracefully rendered 14k yellow gold flower blossom, and additional rose cut diamonds glitter in the pin’s vine-like curves. Made by hand over 100 years ago, this utterly unique pin/pendant is a strikingly beautiful work of artistry, a wearable artifact of a past era.
Graded F-H for color, the diamonds are all beautifully white. The diamonds are graded SI-I2 for clarity with the grades based on external rough naturals rather than internal inclusions. There are few internal inclusions here. The diamonds sparkle beautifully and stand out brightly against the rich warmth of the yellow gold. This is an extremely rare piece. The pin is made from solid 14k yellow gold. It has a pin back, but it can be converted to be worn as a pendant. Please inquire if you would like to have it converted to a pendant. The pin bears the hallmark of the original Art Nouveau artisan with a stamp reading “C12B.” The pin/pendant measures 39.3mm across (east west) and 22.9mm (north south) excluding the bail.
Romantic, historied, and gorgeously designed, this antique pin/pendant is a work of art! Show off your unique style with this beauty! Once it is sold we certainly will not be able to replace it.
