This Art Nouveau enamel portrait ring is a striking and well preserved feat of craftmanship. Signed Fauré Limoges, the ring was likely made by Camille Fauré, a master enameller in the Limoges technique. The ring features a portrait of a woman whose dress and the hat are embellished with foil underneath the enamel in order to create a shimmering, iridescent effect.
